THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13
Scripture: 2 Samuel 6:6-9

David knew the power of God to bless and protect. The fear of God came on David as a result of God’s termination of one of his mighty men who breached the holiness of God as the army was attempting to move the Ark. They failed to obey the prescribed order. It took David a number of months to study Scripture and find out exactly how to conduct himself when moving the Ark. King David lived with the fear of God because he understood God’s holiness. If we are going to walk with the Lord in the last days, we need to understand His holiness.
