Scripture: Revelation 19:11-16
In Revelation 19:15-16 we are told, “Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.” Jesus in the last days will use His authority judicially through the church. Witnesses will arise who can stop the corruption long enough to gain a harvest. How long will it take to mature those witnesses? We see that part of God’s redemption in the last days is buying time through the judgment of the ungodly in order to gain more souls. Walking with the Lord in the last days is guaranteed to be an exciting season for all who turn to Him. How do we grow the church to this level of maturity? What if escaping in the rapture is not an option?
