Scripture: 1 Peter 1:17-19, Mark 4:1-9
In Step 4 we choose to sow blamelessness into others in order to reap this harvest ourselves! In 1 Peter 1:17-19 we find am-o-mos again. We are told, “And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear; knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.” Verse 19 makes it clear that because of the precious Blood of Christ as the Lamb without blemish and without spot, we are set free from all the flaws, failures and spots of the past and we have been given blamelessness before the King and before one another. As we develop this blameless, clear conscience we have nothing against us accusing us in our conscience which means we are attaining mature faith. We grow into mature faith because of the Sonship Gifts of Christ enabling us to sow and reap blamelessness!
