Scripture: Acts 17:24-26

Acts 17:24-26 says, “God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. Nor is He worshiped with men’s hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings,…” What is interesting in this passage is the Greek word that is used verse 26 where it says, “And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings,…” The Greek word is an aorist participle and it means, ‘Not later in time than the main verb. The choice of man’s home preceded his creation in the Divine plan.’ That tells us that God looked at the condition of the nations in year 2015 and He brought to birth a people who would pay the price to handle the anointing to possess their generation. That is why you and I are here. What does God require of us? He asks us to live as if we were going to get the anointing that would harvest our generation. We choose to pay the preparational price as if we are going to get the anointing that will harvest our generation. If we will simply do that, we sign onto the process and we get the promise of the process – we get the anointing for whatever it takes! Hollywood has brought significant darkness and God says He will give us the anointing to overcome the darkness that it has brought. Isis has brought significant darkness and God will give us the anointing to overcome that as well. An anointing to do that may require an anointing where the breath of our lips will slay the wicked. God has promised it. Let us finish the process! Let us walk worthy of the call wherewith you and I are called, and possess the anointing that will give us the harvest of our generation. That is worth it all.
