Scripture: Acts 2:34-36

Acts 2:34-36 says, “For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he says himself: ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool. Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.” Here we again see David being quoted and the Lord making our enemies our footstool. Verse 36 culminates everything saying this, let all of Israel know assuredly that the God of Israel has made this Jesus whom you crucified both Judge and Savior. Lord and Christ, Judge and Savior means Author of righteousness and judgment! This is the way of the Lord! Do we know that? Do we know that assuredly? Do we know the Author of righteousness assuredly? Do we know the Author of judgment assuredly? And can we represent both the Author of righteousness and the Author of judgment assuredly? Truly in Christ dwells all fullness, and as the church, we are to represent Him fully! The early church did. It is time we did too!
