Scripture: 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 says, “Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.” What happens when we die depends on how we live! Last year on a surgery table, I ‘died’. I left my body and found myself among the saints in heaven. There were no leaders but all of us were very aware of being saved by grace. We all had failures and were overjoyed at being in Heaven! Paul lists for all of us the things that will get you barred from Heaven: doing what is on this list without repenting means no entrance into Heaven. God is serious about the activities that comprise this list. You do them at your own peril! The Word is clear – no entrance when violating these laws! Remember that no one is beyond God’s saving Hand! Our repentance is the key! Therefore, choose carefully how you live!
