SATURDAY, MAY 17
Scripture: Luke 22:36

Luke 22:36 says, “Then He said to them, ‘But now, he who has a money bag, let him take it, and likewise a knapsack; and he who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one.’” That is Jesus transitioning from the Priestly Christ. He is telling the Twelve, the Seventy and the 120 that it is time for fullness and it is time to demonstrate both the Priestly and Kingly Christ. And He told them that if they had bought their sword, it was worth the very garments on their backs and, if not, they should buy one! Buy your sword, now! We have to buy the sword before we swing the sword!
