WEDNESDAY, MAY 23
Scripture: Luke 22:37,38

In Luke 22:37,38 it says, “’For I say to you that this which is written must still be accomplished in Me: “And He was numbered with the transgressors.” For the things concerning Me have an end.’ So they said, ‘Lord, look, here are two swords.’ And He said to them, ‘It is enough.’” Jesus made it clear that He was about to finish what was prophesied concerning Him as a Priest. When the Priestly price was finished, He would ascend and become the Ruler of the heavens and the earth. He was going to take all authority in the heavens and the earth away from the enemy and give it to the church. The thing they needed most was the Kingly access because that is where the judicial Hand of God was accessed. That is where we have the right to declare the biblical standard of righteousness and declare God’s judgment on those who refuse His ways. Jesus made it clear He was opening a door and judicial authority would be available to the church from then on! What are we doing with that judicial authority? Are we calling it down? Are we asking? Are we warring with the authority of a King? The time is now, before the enemy does more damage!
