Scripture: Isaiah 9:6,7

Isaiah 9:6,7 talks about Jesus and specifically in Verse 7 it says, “Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.” Isaiah had a view of Jesus consistent with that of Daniel. Both men saw the Messiah establish a Kingdom that was not diminished, that was eternal and that continually moved forward. What then shall we say to this view of the government of Jesus? Does it match our view? Are we representing this Jesus? If not, what changes can we make?
