Scripture: Deuteronomy 7:7-9

Verses 7-9 state, “The LORD did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any other people, for you were the least of all peoples; but because the LORD loves you, and because He would keep the oath which He swore to your fathers, the LORD has brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you from the house of bondage, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt. ‘Therefore know that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments;”  God made a covenant with Israel because He loved them.  Jesus died for us to come into covenant because He loves us.  Out of that revealed foundation of the ultimate sacrifice, Jesus who died in our place, offers us a covenant.  The same God who was willing to die to save us is willing to kill to preserve us.  Until you make that shift in your thinking, you are not really the church.  Until the church makes that shift in their thinking, the church is not really ready to represent God in the last days.  That shift enables you to demand covenant intervention when perverse politicians or judges attempt to destroy or steal the nation or our heritage.  They should meet the God of the Bible who is willing to put people in the grave.  God invested all He had in the covenant!  Are we investing all we have in demanding its fulfillment!
