Scripture: Exodus 33:17

In Exodus 33:17 it says, “Then the Lord said to Moses, ’I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight and I know you by name.’” God is declaring to Moses that His people the Israelites are in His family and He has relationship with them and now He is saying that He is willing to be intentional in making them separate in their walk in the earth. The first part of being separate is that we have the expectation of walking in righteousness. We can’t sin like other people sin. We can’t be lukewarm Christians! If God is going to show the world that we are separate, we have to walk in His holiness. We have to walk in obedience toward Him. We have to walk separate so that He will show up for us when we need Him and make sure that everyone knows we are separate and we are in relationship with Him. The key to God showing up for us in deliverance, freedom, healing and blessing is that we walk separated unto Him, separated in holiness and righteousness. That is the key and that is the call!
