SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 18
Scripture: Hebrews 11:40, 12:1

Hebrews 11:40 says, “God having provided something better for us, that they should not be made perfect apart from us.” Faith’s Hall of Fame has multitudes of people in it that carried the vision but did not get to see the fulfillment of that vision. They carried it faithfully and prayed about its fulfillment. They contributed and sowed their life as a seed for the fulfillment of something they did not get to see in their lifetime. Who gets to complete them? It is the generation that is privileged to walk in what they prayed for. If we walk in the judicial that Jesus bought and paid for, we may get to complete thousands of people who believed for it, prayed it and never experienced it in their lifetime. Those are the ones that are looking over the balcony of heaven, cheering us on and saying, ‘Go for it!’ Those are the ones in the next verse Hebrews 12:1, “Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us.” They are the great cloud of witnesses and they are cheering us on every single day. They are looking at us from heaven. Let us complete the vision they carried! But to do it we have to have boldness in representing the Judicial Christ. ‘God, bring the harvest to this nation in Jesus’ name!’ We are called to represent all of Who Christ is and carry the vision of the cloud of witnesses cheering us on. Let’s do it!
