Scripture: Proverbs 16:24,25

Proverbs 16;24,25 says, “Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the bones. There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.” When we elevate God’s Word above everything else, above how we feel, above how things look or what our culture dictates, then the promise is health, healing and blessing In contrast there are those who chose to reject God’s Word and make culture or personal ideas their own standard. That path always ends in death and destruction. God says, ‘Don’t go there, choose life and you can have life.’ Standing for a promise often requires contending over time for the results. We war against a very determined enemy. Faith and patience are often required as we hold steady to see the fulfillment of God’s promises.
