SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19
Scripture: Genesis 18:19

Genesis 18:19 says, “For I have known him, in order that he may command his children and his household after him, that they keep the way of the Lord, to do righteousness and justice, that the Lord may bring to Abraham what He has spoken to him.” Abraham is the father of all them that believe. And because of that, God’s purpose for every believer is that we keep the way of the Lord. And the way of the Lord consists of two things, doing righteousness and doing judgment. And it is only in the doing of judgment that God promises all of what He speaks prophetically to bring to pass. If we are not willing to do judgment we cannot expect certain promises of His to come to pass. Only the judgment of God can release some of the things God has promised to do in our behalf. We have to be willing to fully embrace both the Savior and the Judge and to walk out His will, or there is no guarantee we will see all of the prophetic words God has promised fully unfold.
