MONDAY, AUGUST 18
Scripture: Exodus 12:12,13

Exodus 12:12,13 states, “For I will pass through the land of Egypt on that night, and will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the Lord. Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.” God made a physical provision for every believer when His judgment passed through Egypt. What does that say about God today? He does the very same thing. Is it possible that the blood of Christ is, in fact, a sign during seasons of great destruction? That is how it was in Egypt. It was in Egypt because God was there executing the judgment. God made it clear who served Him and who did not. Everyone who served Him was protected. Those who did not experienced great, great loss. Are we really ready to represent the God Who executes this kind of judgment in the last days?
