THURSDAY, MARCH 22
Scripture: Luke 4:3,4

The second baptism of fire is the fire of intimacy where we come into communion with the Lord. In Luke 4:3,4 we notice that Jesus was tempted in the intimacy of His identity. “If You are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread.” Jesus answered from the communion that He had with the Spirit. Each time we endure a baptism of fire and come through it victoriously, we develop and deepen our relationship with God, the fruit that comes, and a more mature resolve toward our personal destiny. The fruit that comes from the fire of intimacy, through communion, releases the spirit of wisdom.
